Prices are per visit and billed monthly after service, and your first cleanup is free on any recurring plan. Artificial turf deodorizing adds $39 a month on recurring plans, or $79 with a one-time cleanup.

Launch pricing is locked for as long as you stay with us, for our first 50 households. Very large or long-neglected yards are confirmed with you before the first visit.

We keep routes tight on purpose, a few streets at a time, so we can show up on the same day and in the same window every week. If we ever miss something, tell us and we'll make it right.

Things people usually ask
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need access to the yard. Leave the gate unlocked on your service day or put a gate code in your booking notes.
What about my dogs?
Tell us about your dogs when you book. Many stay inside during the visit, and some happily keep us company. We follow your instructions every time.
Where does the waste go?
We double-bag it and place it in your trash bin, which is what LA County and City rules ask for. It never goes in green waste or recycling.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn't stop us. For heavy storms we shift your visit by a day and text you.
How does billing work?
Recurring plans just need a card on file with Stripe to hold your spot. Nothing is charged until after your first visit, and then we bill monthly for the visits you've had. One-time cleanups take a 50% deposit, and the rest is due after. There's no contract, so you can cancel anytime.
Do you clean artificial turf?
Yes. Our turf deodorizing uses a pet-safe enzyme cleaner that breaks down urine odor in the turf backing, not just on the surface.
Can I pause while I travel?
Of course. Text us the dates and we'll skip those visits at no charge.
